These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Feel Balance. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Feel Balance.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Health Disclaimer

Feel Balance provides fitness and wellness content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You exercise at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed on the cycle you select at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content; not to abuse, spam, or exploit other users; and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users

Feel Balance has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive behavior of any kind, including but not limited to: hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, nudity or sexually explicit material, violence, and content that exploits or endangers minors. Every post and comment can be reported by any user via the "Report" option, and every user can be blocked via the "Block" option — blocking instantly hides that user's content from you. Our team reviews reports and takes action (which may include removing content, banning the user, or both) within 24 hours. Users found to violate this policy will have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently banned.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a license to host and display it within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms.

8. Verified Badge

The verified badge is a cosmetic feature tied to an active premium subscription. It does not imply endorsement and is removed when the subscription ends.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including the zero-tolerance content policy above. You may close your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feel Balance is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of the app.
